Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Shipping Time

Average delivery times:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Canada, UK & EU: 7–12 business days
  • Other international orders: 10–15 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product, supplier location, customs delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the product’s fulfillment location.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update.

 

Order Changes

 

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at info@restandabsorb.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to modify your shipment.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your order hasn’t arrived after 20 business days, please email info@restandabsorb.com. We’ll help track your package or arrange a replacement if applicable.

Damaged or Missing Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact info@restandabsorb.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist promptly.
